Universal Continuum Progression Rule & Credential Maintenance
The Perio-Prosth Institute operates strictly at the discretion of the faculty. Registration and tuition payment for an individual module cover enrollment exclusively for that specific term and do not grant an automatic right to advance. Promotion to Year 2 and Year 3 is contingent upon merit, peer collaboration, and a positive contribution to the group dynamics. The Institute reserves the right to deny future enrollment or subsequent module access to any individual at any checkpoint if their participation is deemed disruptive or negative to the boardroom environment.
Fellow of the PPI: Conferred upon the successful completion of the Year 1 and Year 2 curricula, certifying mastery of system-based diagnostic sequences and biological parameters.
Diplomate of the PPI: The Institute’s highest credential. Conferred exclusively upon Fellows who successfully defend their clinical presentations before the PPI Faculty at the conclusion of Year 3.
The Annual Symposium Rule: To ensure our alumni network remains calibrated with continuous scientific updates, the Institute hosts the Annual Perio-Prosth Symposium in Bryn Mawr, PA.
Referral Directory Maintenance: Inclusion in the PPI Referral Directory is a premium privilege reserved exclusively for actively calibrated alumni. Attendance at the Annual Symposium is required to maintain this placement. Failure to register and participate in the annual session results in removal from the official directory.

Enrollment Protocol & Cohort Allocation
The incoming cycle is strictly limited to a cohort of 24 attending clinicians, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration: Click on the photo or the button above to complete the registration form and make the tuition payment.
Seat Allocation: A seat is secured immediately upon receipt of tuition payment. There is no reservation system — registration is confirmed at the moment of payment, not before.
Access: For Module 101, a Zoom link is issued to the private email address provided at registration. For in-person modules, your physical boardroom seat is confirmed upon payment.
NDA: Signature of the PPI Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Participation Agreement is mandatory for registration, and is confirmed as part of the checkout process above. Photography, video, and audio recording during any module — in-person or digital — are strictly prohibited under its terms.
Registration, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Once the 24 seats are filled, the annual enrollment cycle closes automatically. Our business office enforces the following hard operational cutoff parameters uniformly:
Registration Cutoff: All module registrations and tuition processing must be completed at least 60 days prior to the specific module start date. Registrations received after this date will not be accepted for that module.
Tuition Settlement: Seat allocation for a module is secured once the tuition funds have been received. There is no reservation system.
No-Refund Policy: All processed tuition payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before a module’s start date convert to Institutional Tuition Credit as described below; cancellations within 60 days forfeit the tuition entirely. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstance.
Early Cancellation (60+ Days Before Module Start): Cancellations submitted in writing more than 60 days before the module start date do not receive a cash refund. Tuition converts to a non-refundable Institutional Tuition Credit, valid for 12 months, deferring the clinician's module slot to the following annual cycle. For in-person modules, deferral is subject to seat availability.
Late Cancellation (Within 60 Days of Module Start): Cancellations submitted within 60 days of the module start date result in immediate forfeiture of tuition for that module. Non-attendance without prior cancellation is treated identically. Re-entry into the next annual cycle requires a new registration form and a 50% Seat Reallocation Fee, subject to seat availability.
Curriculum, Sequence & Attendance
Because the interactive case forums rely strictly on real-time peer calibration, your calendar commitment is critical. However, recognizing the scheduling demands of private practice, the Institute utilizes a modular curriculum architecture.
Year 1 Progression (Rigid): Modules 101, 102, and 103 represent a cumulative, mandatory diagnostic sequence and must be completed chronologically. Because Module 101 is delivered as a live-streamed residency over 10 weeks, a maximum of 2 session absences is permitted due to practice or personal conflicts — the first carries a $600 remake processing fee, the second a $1,000 fee, and each requires the clinician to view the recorded archive of the missed session within 7 days of the live broadcast to maintain curriculum sequence continuity. Missing more than 2 live streaming sessions breaks the foundation track; the clinician forfeits tuition for that term and may repeat Module 101 in the next annual cycle for a flat $3,000 remake fee.
Year 2 Flexibility (Modular): Modules 201, 202, and 203 are designed to follow the ideal curriculum sequence. However, exceptions are considered to accommodate a practitioner unable to participate according to the prescribed sequence.
Year 3 Progression (Rigid): Module 302 cannot be attempted until Module 301 has been completed. Fellow (FPPI) status, once conferred at Year 2, is unaffected by any delay in completing Year 3. A clinician who does not pass the Module 302 capstone presentation may re-present at the following year's Module 302, with faculty feedback, for the standard Module 302 tuition. A second unsuccessful presentation requires remediation at the direction of PPI Faculty, which may include repeating one or more modules from 102 through 301. Any module repeated as part of remediation is charged at that module's standard tuition, and remains subject to seat availability.
In-Person Module Attendance Rules: Modules 102 to 302 are governed by the same Early/Late Cancellation policies described in the section above.
